Can I have pets?

Most of our properties are pet friendly, except our newest buildings. Please contact us to inquire if a specific property you are looking at is pet friendly. All tenants with pets are required to complete the Pet Agreement and pay the applicable pet fee.

Are washer and dryer provided?

Yes and no. Some buildings provide washer/dryers in select units, but almost all units have a washer/dryer connection.

You can move in at 3pm on the beginning day of your lease.

Yes, on right hand side of building, look for the College Station Properties sign by door.
